This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Meta4 AI desktop or self-hosted application that processes emails locally on your computer or your self-managed cloud account. This application integrates with Gmail via Google's OAuth authentication system to download and process your emails on your device only.

• Data Sovereignty: Your data stays with you. It is never sent to Meta4 AI servers or any third-party systems.
   
• Local Processing: All email data is processed locally on your device or within your private cloud, based on your configuration.
   
• No Data Sharing or Monetization: Meta4 AI does not sell, share, or monetize your email content or metadata.
   
• User Control: You fully control what data is accessed, how it is processed, and where it is stored.
   

When you authorize the Meta4 AI application via OAuth to connect to your Gmail account, the following data may be downloaded locally:

• Email headers (subject, sender, recipient)
   
• Email bodies
   
• Attachments
   

Note: This access is strictly for functionality within your device or private cloud. Meta4 AI does not receive, store, or retain any of this data externally.

• All email data is stored locally on your computer or your self-managed storage account (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive), depending on your configuration.
   
• Meta4 AI is designed to function entirely offline or within a secure local environment.
   
• No email content or user data is transmitted to Meta4 AI’s servers or any third party.
   

Meta4 AI uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 protocol to request access to Gmail services. We adhere strictly to Google’s limited use requirements and only access the data necessary to enable the application's local functionality.

• OAuth tokens are stored securely on your local device.
   
• Meta4 AI does not use Gmail data for analytics, ad targeting, or other secondary purposes.

Your data’s security is our highest priority:

• Local encryption options are available for stored data.
   
• You have the option to disconnect access and delete local data at any time.
   
• The application operates in a sandboxed environment with no default external access.
   

• You may revoke OAuth permissions at any time through your Google account settings.
   
• You may delete all stored data by uninstalling the application or clearing local storage manually.
   
• No account creation or personal information is required to use the application.
   

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our application or applicable regulations. If changes occur, we will post the updated policy in the application and on our website with a clear revision date.
